Platform notice

Drivah is being prepared as a digital ride-hailing platform connecting riders with approved independent drivers. Bookings, pricing, wallet credit, support, and records should remain inside official Drivah channels.

Driver approval

Drivers are not automatically accepted. Driver access requires owner/admin vetting, vehicle review, document checks, and approval before a driver account is activated.

Rider responsibilities

Riders should provide accurate pickup and dropoff information, avoid false requests, follow safety guidance, and keep communication within approved Drivah support channels.

Digital payments and wallet credit

Wallet top-up and gift-card requests are not final until payment is confirmed. Redeemable codes must be issued securely by Drivah/admin and may be restricted to one-time use.
