Pending requests

Top-up and gift-card requests submitted through the website are recorded as pending until payment is verified by Drivah/admin.

Code issue

Redeemable wallet codes are issued only by Drivah after payment confirmation. Codes are linked to the appropriate wallet records and may be single-use where applicable.

Refunds and corrections

If a top-up was requested in error or payment details need correction, contact Drivah before the credit/code is issued.

No public code generation

The public website does not generate or credit wallet value directly. Drivah issues approved credit through its secure operational process.
