Pending requests

Top-up and gift-card requests submitted through the website are recorded as pending until payment is verified by Drivah/admin.

Code issue

Redeemable wallet codes should be generated only by secure backend/admin tools after payment confirmation. Codes should connect to wallet records and be single-use where applicable.

Refunds and corrections

If a top-up was requested in error or payment details need correction, contact Drivah before the credit/code is issued.

No public code generation

The public website must not generate real wallet credit directly. Wallet balances should be credited through secure server-side logic or approved admin workflow.
