Information submitted through this website

We process information submitted in career applications, company leads, security service enquiries, staff-service and job-letter requests, and contact messages so that management can review and respond to the request. A job-letter request does not confirm employment.

Operational application information

The Private Platoon application may process operational records such as workforce status, attendance, rosters, patrol and checkpoint activity, and reporting. Access is controlled according to authorized roles and operational need.

Infrastructure and safeguards

Website intake is processed through Firebase and Google infrastructure. We use reasonable access controls, server-side validation and abuse-prevention logging. Public website forms do not provide direct browser access to operational records.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for review, administration, security and applicable obligations. Requests are reviewed through appropriate management channels; do not submit sensitive documents through public forms.
